What is considered a good puzzle rating?

Puzzle Rating. How is the puzzle rating calculated? Does it use Glicko2? If so, is it then comparing your rating with the rating of the player that moved the puzzle moves in the game shown; whether you got the puzzle and how your existing puzzle rating compares with the rating of the player in the original game, then determines how much your rating goes up or down. Compete with other players to solve puzzles as fast as possible. Each correct move earns one point. The goal is to get as many points as you can within 90 seconds.
