Lil is Phil 's older twin sister and the daughter of Howard and Betty. She is voiced by Kath Soucie. Lil DeVille lives next door to the Pickles with her twin brother Phil. She has many things in common with her sibling, including a love for "prettyful" bugs, worms, and slime. These common interests don't stop her from getting into constant fights with him, however, and you can often hear her arguing, "No it isn't, Phillip! A bit eccentric and painfully honest, Lil sees no limit to possibilities. Together with her brother, she enjoys getting messy, rough and tumble play, and nature in the form of mud, worms, and bugs.
