The farm has a huge wooden barn which shelters my small herd of alpacas. I incorporate their fiber in my felt making, spinning and weaving such as the pillows pictured here.

Garry Shandling's former fiancee is opening up about the comedian's sudden death at the age of 66 last week and the reason the two split two decades ago after a seven-year relationship. Former Playboy model and actress Linda Doucett began dating Shandling in after the two met at the birthday party of a mutual friend, and became engaged a few years later. They split however in because, according to Doucett, the lifelong bachelor refused to have children over fears they might be born with the same defective gene that killed his brother - cystic fibrosis. Shandling was just 10 when his brother Barry died of cystic fibrosis shortly after his family moved to Arizona so the young boy could get better treatment.
