With this research, Germany, as a country that has succeeded in development and Turkey, as a country that wants to develop have been compared, and based on the example of Germany, it has been tried to determine the practices that may be a model for Turkey. When Germany and Turkey are compared in terms of women's labour force participation rates, employment and unemployment rates, it is seen that women in Turkey are disadvantaged and when looking at the practices promoting women's employment in Germany and Turkey, it is seen that quite different incentives and training opportunities have been created in Germany, and these are quite insufficient in Turkey.
