Ethan and Livy had to deal with a lot while growing up that forced them to be without each other for a while but I loved how they were wanting to keep their friendship despite their circumstances. She Was Mine First is a perfect romance read. She does provide good angst , which is why I picked this one up , hoping for a change and something new but again it seemed the same to me. Ethan and Livvy get the beautiful HEA they deserve!! I wish I could describe the intensity I felt with her in my arms.

Ethan is top tier! Even more so when it came to Ethan , who always seemed to sacrifice his own happiness by putting others before himself, especially with Livvy. From what they both went through and faced as obstacles and hurdles were thrown in their path, it definitely had them being put to the test, whilst also being put through the wringer too. Sometimes this author's heroes are, shall we say, on the douchey end of the hero spectrum, but Ethan? Ethan is the kind of dreamy swoony book boyfriend I love to read in a romance book. Well, don't be surprised because Ethan and Livvy's story is all angst with heavy dashes of heart. Choosing Us Pierced Hearts Duet, 1 3. Livvy and Ethan have been friends for pretty much all their lives. The Queen of Angst is back! Quite the ride if you're willing to jump on!
