So for the first time, I have tried to send mail from one toon to another. Is there a 20minute delay or something? I thought it was instant. I thought the 1 hour delay was put in during TBC, to discourage gold sellers, mail classic wow.

Can someone confirm that this was added later, and if it is the case, which patch was it added with? For a small price copper, you can send in-game mail to other players. This can be sent when other players are offline or online.
