But trudging through the game for a second Manus soul will be time consuming. Should I get the pursuers or the catalyst? Also: I haven't quite gotten to Manus yet, I've only just reached passed where Kalameet gives you the stink eye for the first time. The Pursuers are stronger and do magic and physical damage both but it is also extremely slow. The Manus catalyst is like a stronger crystal catalyst as they both cut spells by half. So the catalyst is good due to the fact that is stronger plus the spells or you can get pursuers which are a single very strong spell but you will be stuck with a weaker catalyst. Its a tradeoff I guess. Actually, the crystal staff is better. With that I would imagine the INT scaling is much higher on the manus catalyst so it all depend on your stats. Are you gonna try to hit someone with the catalyst or just magic stuff?
