Visit the upper level of Rockford Plaza and find a small grassy garden looped by a driveway. Two rivers run through the Tongva Hills; go to the southernmost one. The part is located in a small clump of land in the middle of a pond at the south of the course. This one is found in the dam in Murrieta Heights. Loading comment Hop over the red dividers they are sitting on around to find the part. Take a brave walk out onto that pipe to find another part.
