Head over to the oasis and capture the Lakitu. Instead of navigating through them to the exit, instead, fly over to the right side of the large wall. Destroy that crate and a power moon will fly out of it to a small landing across from where you are. This challenge appears on the top of the ruins at the Tostarena Northwest Reaches.
