This flour produced dense cakey loves and when fed to my sour dough starter almost killed it. I don't know what was wrong with it but I wouldn't risk buying it. Had high hopes for this flour but could not use it as it was infested with weevils. I loved the first couple of bags of this flour, it made great bread with a nice crust and open crumb. I was convinced I'd found a great value, great quality flour. But the next bag was disappointing. The bread rose weirdly and the crumb was less open.

Totally failed slow fermentation, not enough protein not enough ash. This flour makes all the difference when baking anything requiring plain flour. It is white and clean and all bakes turn great. So much better than any other on the market. I usually buy Marriages but I think this is as good and considerably cheaper.
