Entity shall ensure that its Access Administrators and End Users agree to only access and view all information accessed via the VG in compliance with this Agreement, as well as other applicable terms and conditions of use in the VG and all other applicable state and federal laws, including but not limited to those concerning the confidentiality of personal information.
