This level 14 quest is available in Spikeroog. Go to the battle arena in the northwest of the isle and talk to the warriors on the walkway to learn about the ghost of a defeated warrior who is haunting the arena.
Important: this quest must be completed if you wish to do Fists of Fury: Champion of Champions. Head to the arena in Hov on Spikeroog to learn of a wraith that haunts the arena, preventing warriors from fighting in it. Note: you must talk with the guards in the tower or the wraith first to fight him, otherwise your strikes will do nothing against him and he won't fight back. Also, for maximum reward and experience, talk with the guards before lifting the curse.
