Yeah I was thinking they would have offered something at least, but they just sent me an email saying the store denies it and that they can't do anything about it. They don't even have their own drivers thought they recently teamed up with Drive Yello. So if you actually got off your behind and collected your own takeaway food in person a new concept you would have been able to judge the quality of the food by seeing what others had ordered and if it was not up to your standard you could have left and purchased something else.
