My cat has already 'used' the stainless steel pan, so I don't want to return that heavy item plus, that item is ok and in good condition. But I think the shipping needs additional bubble wrap or cushion. The stainless steel pan is a little heavy and I have a feeling it cracked the lid during shipping.
