I tried using the ACSR form multiple times by putting the recovery email as the hackers possibly fake email that I got when I attempt to sign in to Minecraft from the pop-up shown below and filled out all the information and each time I got a reply saying "Unfortunately, our automated system has determined that the information you provided was not sufficient for us to validate your account ownership" so I assume they have changed all that info too. I then called Microsoft support, and the only thing they said I could do is to keep trying to recover using the recovery tool. The support phone call was ZERO help, that's why I am making this question to see if anyone else can be more helpful. Thank you.
