I could have had an accident or been killed because of some synthetic fluid instead of brake fluid! I wouldn't go back even if they give me money. I took my 98 GMC in for a front end noise problem. Part of the reason I believe is that when they see a female customer, they immediately imagine an easy rip off. The ABS light was on now; I asked him to check everything, so what was wrong now? They promised to call back within 48 hours. Says "It's the weather" I disputed the charges and the guy behind the counter didn't care about a thing I said. They broke 5 of the 8 spark plugs off in the head. I said no and then they said they'd get my car in on Tuesday when the original mechanic returned to work. Worst experience ever. On Friday evening, it would be Saturday. I felt this was honorable of them, as they could have just as well kept these rather expensive sensors for themselves for a later job with someone else. The manager, Mike gave me a bunch of gee I'd like to help but.

I marked them each time. Les Schwab fixed it properly and it lasted for years. As I got in the truck and began to pull off, I had no brakes. I told him that I have seen that kind of behavior before while on a job here in town Mankato. He obviously didn't care and probably was happy that they got away with scamming yet another customer. Better yet go to your local mechanic. In fact, he argued with me and was completely out of line. I told both Michael, the manager, and the district manager that I would be following up with every avenue available to me to have my money refunded for the faulty repairs and subsequent damages they have caused to my vehicle.
