Its a touristy type place, over priced not really milkshakes with candy, sugar and chocolate in jars. We arrived with a few people ahead of us and stood in line a while before waited on. The cashier seemed to be in a hurry. There seemed We didn't wait but maybe 20 minutes after our order was placed. They are large servings and I guess between the atmosphere and the grandiose of things its the price you pay. As other mentioned the large size of them makes it difficult to eat resulting in a lot of melting on tables. There was an employee I think who was trying to move chairs around back to tables and clean tables, but when we arrived the table we sat at had several sticky places and drips. They do have an area where you can clean your jar to take home.
