The Tradewinds to Success program is a unique initiative that supports individuals from Indigenous communities in accessing education and professional training in millwrighting. The program provides a comprehensive education and training experience for students, including job readiness skills, training in workplace safety, and hands-on apprenticeship opportunities. The program is designed to empower and support students in building successful careers in the millwright trade, a highly specialized field. These students have demonstrated their commitment to learning and have shown exceptional potential in the millwright trade. The dedication and hard work of the graduates has been recognized by Alberta Millwrights Local and we are confident that they will bring value back to their communities. We have been a steadfast supporter of the Tradewinds to Success program, mentoring more than one hundred students.
