At the end of the corridor, a corpse is draped over a coffin that holds the Imp Head Wolf , and to your right, you'll be able to emerge on the upper level of the initial scarlet rot room from earlier. Players should wait before heading in, as Skeletal Slimes will drop from the ceiling. Take the Imps out on the balcony if you haven't done so earlier. Continue through the southern passage. There are several more slimes in the room behind the pillars and a couple more Imps in the upper level. The sword dude killed the scepter dude in seconds and by himself was an easy kill for me and my skeleton ash bros. The first is just to your right when you enter, ready to attack. Always be on the move. Loot the corpse on top of the stone coffin to acquire the Imp Head Wolf helm. I'm over leveled for caelid yet have died more on this boss than in all others in the game combined so far. Boss in here is ridiculous.
