Slow-cooked guinea pig accompanied by Andean potatoes and a huacatay cream, served with criolla salad. Wok salted beef tenderloin with native potatoes and Creole rice. Chicken breast stuffed with rustic pesto with cream cheese, served with pepian corn, mushrooms and quinoa of colors. A Classic yellow chili Stew served with rice and farm egg. Mixed alpaca and beef heart anticuchos, roasted gold potatoes, huancaina and zarsa creole. Pork belly, cooked at a low temperature for 12 hours, served with roasted gold potatoes, boiled corn in a chimichurri sauce and creole salad. Grilled alpaca accompanied by potato croquette and huancaina, bathed in a pepper sauce.

Very nice space, interesting menu with a variety of choices and excellent food but service was below par. All deserved five stars except service. Overall service was lacking. Advertised open time is but at the door was locked and closed sign was on After several glances at the servers, we were ask if we were ready to order. We ordered a bottle of wine, an appetizer and four entrees. After a few minutes we were told that they were out of the appetizer we ordered this was a Friday at opening time. We ordered an alternative, it was delivered and was excellent. Seems like the server should be aware of the things on the menu that were not available. For the wine, we were brought a glass rather than the bottle we ordered.
