Wondering what the differences are if any. Looking to make a Cool Intelligence build and I'm not sure which one I should go for. If your using hacks I would go Monowire since they can apply hacks to NPC with a relic perk and if not hacking go Mantis Blades instead. Also the intelligence tree has a few other perks like Siphon and Finisher Live Wires that effects Monowire. I'm kind of committed to mantis blades but im not sure if they are better at this point, monowire has far more range though unless you count the mantis blade leap ability. Depends on the playstyle you want. If you're going for a netrunner build, monowire benefits greatly!
