I bought it last summer got about two months broke down, decided to wait till this spring to fix. The first replacement went out after one 6 mile ride home.
Re: Mario yahoo. I matched the colors and by-passed the kill switch. Probably good to do on a CDI anyway.
Any resources for testing which component might be faulty? I'm wondering what the stator's output must be to sufficiently fire the CDI? Seems there out to be a place to check this at the CDI connections. Most likely its the cdi itself. Very common on all cdi bikes. The little black box fails from heat. I read somewhere that as long as it is blue it doesn't have to be very strong.

I bought it last summer got about two months broke down, decided to wait till this spring to fix. I too think fuel flow but the filter is clean, the carb has been pulled and cleaned several times and I've made sure the jets are clear.
