Traverse City-based Hagerty, an automotive lifestyle brand, has acquired MotorsportReg. MotorsportReg was created as a prototype in for a car club in San Francisco. It automates event listings, registration, and payment processing for all types of motorsport events. Our goal is to enhance what they already do and make the experience of getting behind the wheel even easier and more immersive. The platform is used by millions of motorsports fans and 1, clubs, racetracks, and sanctioning bodies to manage 40, events and 2 million registrations. Included in the sale is its RaceHero app, which offers information including entry lists, schedules, live timing, and results about race days.

Remember Me? The Audi club has ice driving events scheduled on Lake Cynthia and it's a ton of fun. Also a great idea for any young drivers in the household. There are four events, but I recommend planning for the first two while the snow stays soft. If the snow layer ices over, the events are cancelled to avoid car damage. Goes without saying, but if the ice isn't thick enough, the event will be cancelled as well. Looks like Audi club membership is required this year. Last edited by Ximian; at AM.. Appreciate 0. Ice time trials are held in Wisconsin too in Hustisford on Lake Sinissippi. I have done these in the past in a WRX, and plan on doing it in the M3. They are a blast, and very easy on the car.

I created MotorsportReg to automate all the tedious tasks so I could manage my events with limited time. Our tools eliminate paperwork so you arrive prepared, run a great event and go home without feeling frazzled. This allowed the staff to devote time previously spent recovering from system errors and short falls to growing our small nonprofit business, which we have exponentially. We are very happy with MSR, the staff is very creative, caring and responsive. Sure MSR does great things, but I suspect other systems do great things as well. However, I can't imagine getting better support elsewhere, and I can imagine getting a lot worse. Our events also have greater visibility and we look forward to continuing with MSR. It is a great tool to help folks find events and for organizers to get the word out. Grow participation. Automate events.
