As one of the top 5 largest student-run music festivals in the country, and a Penn Movin on psu 2023 tradition now in its 49th year, Movin' On brings a free celebration intended to wish off all graduating students who are "movin' on" in their lives.

The winner of the competition will open the musical festival. At least one person per group must be a Penn State student. Applications close on Wednesday, February 1.
