Against the backdrop of the city's pretty night skyline, we enjoyed the Pretty in Pink drink from Mr Stork! The drink uses vodka as the base, although you will not taste the alcohol at all because the drink is mixed thoroughly with apple juice and lychee syrup! A small amount of lemongrass extract added to the drink also gives it a slightly citrus taste, although the taste is really subtle and can be easily overwhelmed by the sweetness of the lychee. It was our second time visiting Andaz and this time, we decided that we had to dine at Mr Stork for it's fantastic views since it is a bar housed at the top of Duo Galleria! There were a number of cocktails available and we decided to go for something safer first, which was the Boom Boom Yuzu drink! Made with vodka and mixed with plum liqueur and yuzu syrup, it was a wonderful drink as it was sweet yet sour, and there were no inklings that it was an alcoholic beverage! The taste of vodka was masterfully concealed, but this means you shouldn't finish the drink too quickly or you may get a little tipsy. Thankfully, we had great weather because if it rains, there are no indoor seats available and you might have to come back on another day. Do note that there is a 1 hour 45 min dine-in limit and we strongly recommend the 6. Both tasted really fruity and fresh but are definitely on the milder side in terms of alcoholic content. The view however was spectacular and I would recommend people to at least visit Mr Stork once for the experience. At Mr Stork, a cosy environment is created with the warm lighting and surrounded by little bubbles of people chatting and the cityscape.

Located on the 39th floor of the amazing Andaz Singapore , Mr Stork rooftop bar is really something special, and atrue urban oasis high above the city bustle. The spacious, lush and circular rooftop terrace covers the complete floor, resulting in fantastic and panoramic degree views over the Singapore skyline and the ocean. Very much set up as a rooftop garden, and apart from the bronze pavilion bar and regular tables, you can walk along the cobbled paths to find private little nooks and crannies. Or find shelter in one of the ten really cool tepee huts, designed to look like stork baby carriers hence the name Mr Stork. Open nightly, the rooftop bar serves a nice set of refreshing signature cocktails, a good selection of wines and also their own Andaz Pale Ale.
