I created this drawing because I was captivated by the pride shown in this Indian Chief's face as he is looking out over the Great Plains of Northern America. This art piece is a limited edition fine art print of my original drawing "Pride of a Nation" and is one of four pieces in "The Generations Series" collection. Every print is signed and numbered by me, the artist, and incluces a certificate of authenticity. Only the finest archival quality inks were used in the workmanship of my reproduction to assure longevity. After the printing run of this edition, the plates were destroyed and I hereby guarantee that no additional reproductions will ever be made. Some of my art features Native Americans, also known as American Indians, who have lived and thrived on the North American landscape for thousands of years -- long before there was a United States. There are federally recognized Tribes or Nations in the United States. I've focused on the Great Plains and Southwest Tribes because I am influenced by their history, particularly because of where I live, in Utah. I feel inspired to portray their struggles, their pride, their reverence toward the land, and their wisdom through my art. I believe every person has a story and I try to express their story through every wrinkle I draw. I want my art to move you when you look at it. I want you to feel their joy, their pain and their pride as you explore every detail of the drawing. There are twenty-eight states and nine union territories and a number of rivers. India is also the biggest democracy in the world.
