Is it possible to watch a listing, add it to your watchlist, and still remain anonymous?

Are you sure you did? I have had mine go away on it's own and then come back later. If you did click the delete button, there is no way to undo that. If you deleted items from your Watch List, I do not think there is any way to undo that action directly. You may be able to find some of your previously watched items by checking your Recently Viewed list to add those items back to your Watch List.
