No dedicated write review option, and apparently there is supposed to be one under the review option. I find this same issue applies to the manga section as well. Understandably there are many suggestions, complaints, etc. Marketing the app better would be a suggestion too, considering I only heard of it through its initial release when the release post on the forums was on the front page.
