Nahimic audio driver should be installed first

Ask a new question. Before getting into the crux of this post, I should note a few things and I have a custom built PC, and I use a special audio driver:. Nahimic 2 is an "add-on" to the RealTek driver, and does not function without RealTek. Nahimic 2 allows me to better control treble, bass, and voice clarity through a control panel on the desktop, and gives me better performance with surround and stereo sound compared to RealTek. Additionally, I use surround sound headphones with a 3. I have tested the headphones with my phone and they work fine. This is a purely software problem, not with the headphones. Yesterday, my computer crashed after a few hours of playing PC games. However this was not a normal BSOD. After attempting a hard restart I have a "hard restart" button next to my power button , the computer turned back on. After logging in, I noticed this dreadful icon:. After multiple attempts to uninstall and re-install the RealTek audio driver to no avail, I'm asking for help to solve this problem. Windows technically does recognize that the RealTek audio driver is present, but it wont switch to it, or something else is broken.
