I went early on a Tuesday morning around am , and my braider Chantal started on my hair no later than 10am. Chantal was the sweetest and took her time on my braids and my second braider Ndey was even sweeter. They both worked diligently on my head , in sync.. I have been to this location maybe 3 times for myself and my daughter. I have no complaints on how the styles turned out. Julia was usually my go to. My only PROBLEM with them is their customer service and the fact that you walk in and literally no one will acknowledge you until you literally ask for help. I went today and turned around and left the customer service is so bad and they are beyond rude. I will never go back! Very welcoming and professional environment. What a JOKE!!!! This place sucks! They have you make appointments and they never start on time. They always start on your hair at least an hour after they were supposed to. They clearly talk about their customers using their Gully language. You can tell because they are looking at the person and laughing when talking to each other!! And their english is really hard to understand.
