Expansive plot after plot of curated flowers await in colors like purples, pinks, oranges and bright reds. When the scorching Summer sun sets and cool breeze rustle the leaves, it is an indication that Autumn has arrived. About an hour of train ride from Central Seoul, at the outskirts of Seoul, lies considerably massive plots of beautiful flowers, bright red shrubs and pink-coloured grass. During Autumn, Nari park comes to life with plots and plots of Autumn blooms — Globe amaranth in purple, orange and white, whirling butterflies gaura in white and pink, red canna lilies that are taller than humans, deep red and green kochia scoparia bushes, and the rage these days in Korea, pink muhly grass in the most romantic pink colour you can ever find. These colourful plots of flowers are guaranteed to beautify and brighten up your feeds in instagram. These gorgeous flowers start blooming in September and stay pretty all the way till end October. Kochia scoparia, also known as burning bush, turns from green to bright red usually in October. For aspiring photographers, you would probably spend half a day or more there, so make sure to have your lunch before going to the park as there are no eating places nearby.
