Andrew Garfield's still-nascent career reads like a much better version of fellow luscious brunette Vincent Chase's career with a meteoric rise capped off with a superhero franchise, collaboration with some of the most renowned filmmakers of all time, and an Oscar nomination. He has rarely leaned on it entirely, preferring to push himself into challenging yet rewarding roles in prestigious projects. Yet at only 36 and with the most handsomely boyish of faces, it feels like Andrew Garfield is just getting started. Upcoming projects include the titular role in a James Rhodes biopic and a part in Lin-Manuel Miranda's major directorial debut Tick, Tick In the meantime, the prestigious projects he has taken on have paid off as reflected by the high-rated films on Rotten Tomatoes.

The lives of three friends, from their early school days into young adulthood, when the reality of the world they live in comes knocking. Kathy : It's been two weeks since I lost him. I've been given my notice now. My first donation is in a month's time. I come here and imagine that this is the spot where everything I've lost since my childhood has washed out. I tell myself, if that were true, and I waited long enough, then a tiny figure would appear on the horizon across the field, and gradually get larger until I'd see it was Tommy. He'd wave and maybe call. I don't let the fantasy go beyond that. I can't let it. I remind myself I was lucky to have had any time with him at all.

Never Let Me Go is a British dystopian romantic tragedy film based on Kazuo Ishiguro 's novel of the same name. The film was directed by Mark Romanek from a screenplay by Alex Garland. Principal photography began in April Prior to the book's publication, Garland had approached Andrew Macdonald and Allon Reich about a possible film, and wrote a page script. The producers initially had trouble finding an actress to play Kathy. Mulligan was cast in the role after Peter Rice, the head of the company financing the film, recommended her by text message while watching her performance in An Education. Mulligan, a fan of the book, enthusiastically accepted the role, as she had long desired to play the part.
In my will, I have left to the next generation such parts of my poor body that it can salvage. That is the Golden Rule. I suppose if you take it literally, you would accept life as a Donor in "Never Let Me Go," because after all, that is the purpose for which you were born. In the film, there is a society within the larger one consisting of children who were created in a laboratory to be Donors. They have no parents in the sense we use the term. I'm not even sure they can be parents. They exist to grow hearts, kidneys, livers and other useful items, and then, sadly, to die after too much has been cut away. When I read Kazuo Ishiguro's novel, the Donors' purpose was left murky until midway through the book. In the film, it's clear to us but not, up to a certain point, to the children.
