Throughout the first season, Omni-Man was painted as a villain by people like Damien Darkblood and was viewed suspiciously after he committed a heinous act, which was the murder of the original Guardians of the Globe team. In the season finale, he even fought his son Mark, aka Invincible, after the latter tried to stop him from taking over Earth for Viltrum. Omni-Man then leaves the planet in sadness and regret without conquering it for Viltrum. This proves that he was torn between his love for his son and his great loyalty to Viltrum and that he is redeemable. Ultimately, Omni-Man is just a person who is molded by his surroundings and experiences. He grew up on a planet where you could only survive if you were strong, as per Viltrumite standards, and was raised to be cold, unrelenting, and focused on tasks given to him. However, after meeting Debbie Grayson and siring Mark, he slowly changed due to his love for his family. However, the second season premiere showed an alternate reality where Omni-Man stayed antagonistic to Earth and evil because his son not only did not question him but also joined him in taking over the planet. Omni-Man will not be the main villain of Invincible Season 2 if it follows the route established by the Invincible comic.

There are many reasons why Nolan can be considered among the greatest villains of all time. Through identifying them, we can better appreciate the brilliance behind his character and the ways he has already severely weakened the planet in the name of Viltrum and its ultimate conquest. During the Flaxans' third invasion of Earth , it seemed as if all hope was lost. Invincible and the new Guardians of the Globe were unable to match the villains' rapid advancements in technology, with the heroes slowly becoming overwhelmed. When Omni-Man intervened, he not only pushed the Flaxans back through their portals but also obliterated their entire civilization. Although this was a massive asset to the heroes since it meant they wouldn't have to face subsequent invasions for some time, Nolan's intention was only to ensure that Viltrum's prize was not compromised. Battle Beast was an unspeakably powerful alien mercenary in Machine Head's service. During the Guardians' attack on his compound, the monster was ultimately responsible for fighting, defeating, and hospitalizing Invincible.
