They are a legit company, but not a legit shipping company as they can't deliver at all. It's a legal company but apparently has lost the ability to control their package distribution. Customer complaints will make an impact. Hopefully they will listen and act. Worst company reviews I have ever seen. Why aren't they being investigated? Seems to be a scam who either steal or damage your items and get away with it. How can one tell a scam form legit. Apparently Ontrac occasionally performs, but they are intermittent like someone on substance abuse. They are legit but might as well be a scam. Stay away from them if you can.
