Evri posted a delivery delay on 5th Jan for an order that was due to be delivered by 11th Jan. When I contacted Optimalprint on 13th Jan their response was just "contact us again if you still haven't received it in days and we'll issue a reprint". If I had contacted them days earlier I would presumably have had that reprint issued by now. I understand companies can't control what Evri does but they need to either stop using Evri or be prepared to put things right when they inevitably go wrong.
