Over three decades, Carrillo has also grown with the company, moving from mechanic, to supervisor, to manager across a variety of departments—production, environmental, quality, sanitation, food safety, and crisis management. A lot has changed for Bimbo, but the things that attracted Carrillo to the company in the first place remain. They supported my continuing studies—I got a degree in electromechanical engineering—and through all these years what has stuck with me is how we try to retain and support talent so they continue to succeed.
