Through Work Immersion, the students are exposed to and become familiar with work-related environment related to their field of specialization to enhance their competence.
Having the immersion was really a good start to experience how does it feel to be in a work place. I am very much happy because working at the bank is one of my dream jobs in the near future and spending my immersion there, even in just a short span of time had really opened my eyes on how fun at the same time, stressful to be working at the bank. So far, my experience there was fun at the same time, I can say that it is also somewhat boring because most of my time was wasted by sitting and waiting for nothing. Because there are 5 OJTs there, including me. While the other two are me and my classmate Judy Ann. All you have to do is wait and be patient if there is something that is assigned to you. After a few weeks of immersion, I have realized some things that will really be useful for my future.

During senior high school, our day immersion is beneficial and meaningful. It's incredible how much knowledge, insight, and background you can gain when deciding which course to take in college. This experience teaches me how to be a responsible, better person, and successful professional someday. The lesson I learned was how to be tough and persevere in doing the activities assigned to me by my teacher. Even if you are tired and your neck is aching, you must still act as if you are fine. However, it is still enjoyable as you're able to talk with the students around you and feel very happy, laugh about their antics, and know who their crushes are. I sometimes need to act similarly to them in order to interact with them. It is the best way to communicate with them and learn about their preferences. I am glad that I am learning how to interact or socialize with the students, even though we are not the same age. It is never easy to work. You must have perseverance, diligence, a love of your work, and, most importantly, knowledge of interaction. Despite your difficulties, you must perform your duties as an employee. I learned a lot during my work immersion that I will certainly bring and use sooner or later. Among those things is that, regardless of all the duties, you ought to continue and complete those because it's your responsibility that you need to obey and do. Work immersion sharpened my expertise in my chosen field.
Everyone in Gastro is hardworking, overall reflection in work immersion, even though the employees are tired, they continue their jobs with a smile on their. Our activities in the next days were listening to the Word of God and a community service. It made me appreciate the teachings I am learning at school and I hope I will be able to use them wisely in the future.
On the previous work immersion, I learned many things that I can surely bring and use someday. I also learned how to socialize with other people especially with customers. Being well-behaved is also one thing that I learned because when you look at customers you should be clean and presentable. Another thing I learned is being a fast worker because there are tasks that have time and need to be completed at a given time. For every mistake, there is a life-lesson that you will get. There are also a lot of things I did not do well when I was a student-trainee. But every mistake, this becomes an instrument for me so that later on I can do all my tasks right and well.
I learned a lot from our work immersion that I definitely wouldn't have from just studying. I got a taste of what the real world is like outside of here. I am aware that experiencing a work immersion was a life-changing experience and a great way to learn about what it's like to work. My first day at Banayoyo RHU stands out as one of my most memorable from my time there. After introducing themselves, they give us the job of sorting the lab results, and they then congratulate us on our excellent teamwork. My experience with immersion has been enjoyable and enjoyable thus far. Because much of the time was squandered after we completed our assignment, I can say that it is rather uninteresting.
