The daughter of a Northfleet couple who live next door to a Papa John's takeaway has said she has "snapped" after years of conflict with the restaurant. Lou Smith, 31, told News Shopper her mum, who lives next to the pizza shop in Perry Street, is "really struggling mentally" with what she describes as the "neighbours from hell". Miss Smith said the rows between her mum and stepdad, Sharon and Robert Scott, and Papa John's "have been going on for years". However, in a particularly difficult year for the family - during which Miss Smith has donated stem cells to her brother who is battling lymphoma - they have had enough. To highlight how her parents have suffered, Miss Smith posted footage on Facebook which appears to show a staff member throwing a tray of dishwater into their garden. And the couple's daughter says this is not the worst the staff have chucked across the fence - claiming they have also found chicken carcasses among the shrubs.

Louise Smith, 31, claims staff at the Perry Street branch in Gravesend, Kent, have caused 'untold amounts of misery' by slamming doors loudly and throwing waste into her year-old mother's garden. After installing CCTV in Sharon Scott's garden, Ms Smith captured these shocking videos appearing to show staff repeatedly slamming the store door and throwing dirty water and a chicken carcass over her fence. In one clip, a male worker appears to be mopping while another tips dirty water on to the ground sending it seeping under the fence. Later on in the clip a female worker is seen holding a large tray with what appears to be chicken carcasses on it. In one clip, a male and a female worker can be seen going into the garden before repeatedly pulling the door slightly open and letting it close again. The female then pulls the door open fully before slamming it shut. She then repeatedly open and closes the door. In the second clip, a male worker can be seen holding a mop as another throws dirty water on to the ground, sending it seeping through the gap in the fence. The female worker then steps outside holding a large tray with what appears to be liquid and a chicken carcass on it before throwing it into Mrs Scott's garden. The male worker even appears to notice the camera and gestures towards it while smiling. She then throws the carcasses and remaining liquid over the fence and walks back inside.
