One night I turned off my computer. The next day it wouldnt turn on. The power light comes on and blinks rapidly, now I cant get it to turn off or on. There is no boot up, no nothing.

It blinks about 5 times rapidly, pauses for around 1 second, and then repeats this sequence until I shut down the PC. Interestingly, the same flashing pattern occurs when I turn it on again. I'm unsure if this is a problem that requires attention.
