After arriving 15 minutes early for my initial appointment to establish care, they told me the provider was "sick" and I'd have to reschedule. The provider I ended up seeing seemed okay, but The ONLY Absolutely horrible experience! Labs were done, the provider kepted calling out last minute, then they tell me over the phone I owe for a lab bill saying my insurance didn't cover. Highly recommended for medicinal purposes only raw Hemp flower without the head trip Worked great for pain management. I cannot say enough about how accommodating, professional, and amazing the staff at Spectrum Orthotics is. We used the company for respite care.
