Service is Horrible. Booked an appointment 2 weeks in advance, groomer, who happened to be the manager, called in sick and they waited until I got there to tell me, and wouldn't re-book for another 2 weeks. Didn't even recieve an appology for my time wasted. Find a private groomer that cares! They were very busy trying to break into the office. There was only one cashier on duty when I went up to the cash and there was a very long line up of people maybe 7 or 8 people waiting to checkout, and the store was very warm. I was waiting and waiting for my turn then after about I actually rate this location in the negatives, but I am forced to give a rating to submit this review.
