I have both masteries and the duration from a single phial was 2 hours.

Gone are the flat buff Flasks we have enjoyed for so long, replaced by Phials, which offer unique benefits for a shorter 30 minute duration. Remember that this is still an alpha test, which means that the Phials below may not be final. Things could be added, things could be removed, and stats could change before the game is released. Like Flasks, most Phials will offer buffs to your primary stat, or another useful stat. However, most of them have caveats that will make them more or less useful in different encounters and for different classes, such as giving buffs for the number of enemies attacking you or giving buffs when you stand still.

Live PTR I can imagine it would work with speccing into either of them, but if people aren't sure which one to pick, for this one it seems to not matter, or I just got lucky and it does count as frost. More info needed. Comment by Vinaya01 It appears to be the case that the duration benefits from both masteries, I'm specced into both and got a two hour duration off a single phial. Some extra info from testing: The secondary stat buff you get is random, and you can get the same buff multiple times in a row.

Every other stat has very little impact and mostly affects just your personal damage, which will be low anyway. But we can't give you love and rhetoric without the blood.
