Piano roll chopper

Is there anything similiar to FL studios chopper tool? I piano roll chopper use FL but seen it in a video the chopper tool looks super handy for editing note lengths in the piano roll.

I have also uplode image of chopper tool this thing fl studio has of someone don't understand i am asking about which thing then he or she can see that image kindly help me I am curious to know about it. Cakewalk has no tool for doing multiple splits at once like that. There used to be a "split every I think it' still available - not in front of CbB to check though. Also, quick chop option is working without problems, i realized it depends on snapping options thus i tried changing snapping options while using main chopper but it didnt work.
