Currently we are open Wednesday to Sunday from 5 pm till 9 pm. You may get a pizza or gelato as late as 10pm whilst we are cleaning up. I have been making pizzas at The View in Hardys Bay since so must be doing something right, but we are always trying to improve. We operated out of the back of a trailer around Wagstaff before that. Our pizzas are made with dough imported from Italy. Same for our tomatoes, anchovies and many others. We are always trying to improve the taste with better ingredients and processes. If you want more cheese, just ask, we do not charge extra. When is the building getting torn down? I do not know! Will we be back? I would love too! But who knows, if you have a location, let me know! We can cook a pizza in 2 minutes when the oven is really going, but generally around 5 minutes. During summer we cook over a night, more than 1 every 30 seconds during peak times!
