London, Greater London. I ordered curtains with corded tracks for two windows in the spring of When delivered the cords were so coarse that, when pulled, they were cutting my hand. So they had to go back and new uncorded tracks were ordered. When delivered one of the tracks was too short so it had to go back. When the new track was delivered it was still too short. And then, the track on the second window snapped in the middle. I am still waiting for this to be sorted. The customer consultants are freelancers, the track fitters are contractors and the curtains are probably made in China, although I cannot be sure of that. Communications between consultants, Plumbs HQ and track fitters are non effective, left hand does not know what the right is doing and the customer suffers. I gave Plumbs 5 out 5 for their home fitting service. However 9 months after they measured up for my covers I am still waiting for my covers and after being told I would have them in 8 weeks. I also received threatening letter from thier credit dpt to pay for items I have not received and more so I never took out no credit from them and paid them cash.

I've requested a 'home visit' from Plumbs, and fabric samples from CMF so we'll see After a few more months I started to find places underneath the sofa in particular where the canvas covering the base is badly fixed and coming away, revealing fragments of the old covering and padding which has just been ripped off the framework, not carefully removed as shown in Plumbs' DVD. She took a very long time to get all the measurements just right on the first visit so that when she came to fit the loose covers they were perfect. These are so well made, fit perfectly, so comfy and make the suite look like new.
