Poseidon Energy has a main entrance and a top entrance, but if you have not been here before, or do not have master lockpicking, you will need to go through the back entrance which is an underwater pipe entrance. If you need to go through the back entrance, you'll encounter multiple Mirelurks. You'll encounter a terminal that'll lead to where you need to go.

Go up the stairs to the rooftop and clear the remaining raiders and their attack dog.
