To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question. For some reason, my left earbud on my Powerbeats pro won't work and just emits a high pitched ringing sound. Sep 22, PM in response to jcadet I had this problem, then I downloaded the "Beats Updater" program from the beatsbydre website. Renamed them, and when I unplugged them the noise was gone and I could re-pair them. Not sure what part of that process fixed the issue, but those are all the steps I took in case anyone else wants to try.
