Go to the comments. Went here on a whim after a meal nearby, and was absolutely blown away. Was greeted by polite, sophisticated staff, shown to our seats and offered to have our coats taken. The whiskey menu was impressively extensive and the fact they lit up …. This place is such a treat. Such opulence, decadence and luxury. The food is an experience not to be missed, I honestly don't know why more people aren't eating here because our meal was truly exquisite. The drinks, wow. We had a couple of cocktails, a few whiskys and maybe a rum or two.

We attended on Saturday evening. The bar area has a nice chilled atmosphere and sleek look. The smoking area is cosy and classy and very comfortable to sit and relax in for hours. They have a solid range of whisky and gins and the service was impeccable. The service was very attentive but not over bearing at all. Harry the cigar guru, was fantastic and provided us with a really personable service and gave us some great recommendations on what to smoke. The humidor is stunning and is well stocked with Cuban cigars. Sadly no new world licensing reasons but Harry has a phenomenal knowledge of cigars to suit every flavour profile and gave solid and informed advice. Only advice to improve would be better booking system online as only seem to be able to do that for Liverpool and not Edinburgh.
