I lived in these apartments a few years ago, about 5. At the time they where great an I would recommend them. The space for the money is great and it's a quiet and clean well kept property. Worst apartment I've ever lived in. Floods, mice, roaches, no ac, no water. All in the 1 and a half years I've lived here. Maintenance requests are rarely filled in a timely manner. I'm currently The people living there do not pick up their dog poop. I would leave for work and do poop would be by my door. My upstairs neighbor had The shores have been so helpful when we needed it. I appreciate everything that they did to help us. Wonderful community. My realtor, Sharon Castles, recommended Turner and Sons to build my barndominum.

Lucio is the best maintenance man Ive ever encountered!!! Hes on top of everything! Thats hard to find these days. This is truly one of the best places to live in OKC! The maintenance man came by and told us that there was a leak in the lower apartment coming from our bathtub and was prompt to fix the leak immediately without hesitation and was also able to fix everything going on from the leak from our apartment to the one downstairs. Also he had replaced all the knobs and the faucet to the bathtub and bathroom sink and vanity area and he did such a wonderful job, and he did so so quickly and I had a great experience with him and I would recommend this maintenance seem to everyone. Two thumbs up absolutely!!
