We can understand that our room is not ready at around 9am in the morning, but they only gave us a non-secured nor monitored place to store our luggage. When we finally check-in around 3pm, my mum saw one of the house-keeping girls lying on our bed in Rm ! On another occasion, I even witnessed another house-keeping girl using that room to do her make-up! Chemical smell from her hair and body lingering in the room, plus black stains in the bath tub, forced us to change room within the hour after checking in.
